Solution Architect

Requirements

• Define and guide end-to-end solution architecture across the product lifecycle
• Establish and maintain cross-product architectural governance and decision-making
• Enable shorter lead time from requirement to fielded capability by driving modular architecture, reuse, standardization and automation-friendly solution design
• Lead requirements management and architectural trade-offs, ensuring solutions meet functional and quality needs
• Apply MBSE and structured systems thinking to improve clarity, consistency, and traceability
• Produce and maintain architectural documentation (views, interfaces, decisions, patterns) that enables delivery and lifecycle support
• Collaborate across teams to ensure solutions are buildable, testable, deployable, supportable, and upgradeable
• Work close to customer reality to ensure solutions support rapid, controlled change and fast feedback loops into the product roadmap
