IT Project Manager

Spalding, a Saalex Company, is seeking a seniorIT Project Manager to assist in modernizing legacy apps. The role involves leading software development teams, deploying to AWS (particularly GovCloud), and managing agile teams. DoD software development/IT experience is highly beneficial.

Requirements

• Lead, manage, and provide technical guidance to a software development team for application modernizations.
• Develop and maintain project plans/schedules in GitLab.
• Identify, track, mitigate, and resolve schedule and performance risks.
• Work closely with technical teams and subject matter experts.
• Coordinate and participate in meetings with stakeholders.
• Manage planning meetings, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years related experience or an Associate/AS degree with 16+ years or HS with 16+ years of experience.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance.
