As the first newly constructed psychiatric hospital in Northern California in more than 30 years, this hospital offers 117 inpatient acute psychiatric beds, an outpatient treatment center, and a procedures clinic providing electro-convulsive therapy (ECT) and other interventional psychiatry services. We offer a full range of individualized treatment services, adults, and senior adults, including treatment for mental health and co-occurring (mental health and substance abuse) disorders. Additional services include mental health and substance abuse screening, assessment, crisis intervention, consultation, education, and individual and group counseling.
Job Description
The Clinical Coordinator provides quality case management and therapeutic services to patients and families. The role involves facilitating therapeutic groups, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, collaborating with the treatment team, and supporting discharge planning. The position requires strong clinical skills and commitment to patient care. Multiple locations are available in Sacramento, California.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Counseling Psychology, Mental Health, or related)
- Licensed by or registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (LCSW/ASW/LMFT/AMFT)
- HWC (Handle with Care) during initial orientation
- CPR Certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Electronic Medical Record (Best Care)
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and leadership
