Performs administrative tasks and assignments relating to the Revenue Maximization Team, including processing IV-E applications, Medicaid and TANF, and determining eligibility for federal funding. Responsible for timely and accurate gathering of information and processing of annual redeterminations, as well as preparing revenue maximization case records for audits and monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social services or related field preferred or Five years of experience working in related areas such as child protection or case management.
- Experience using FSFN or Florida system (ACCESS/Medicaid)
- Ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and professional standards.
- Computer experience in a Windows environment, Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), ability to learn and utilize other software programs.
