The Branch Supervisor is responsible for providing quality service to internal and external clients, developing the branch staff's capacity for meeting sales and service objectives, and ensuring compliance with Credit Union policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain positive member and staff relationships
- Ensure that staff members are providing consultative member service
- Conduct member profiling methodology to determine member needs
- Open accounts, accept loan applications, and conduct loan closings
- Resolve errors and member complaints
- Initiate sales-and-service activities
- Assist in achievement of branch sales and service goals
- Track and assess results of subordinates
- Perform operational duties
- Conduct staff meetings on operational and regulatory matters
- Monitor and perform overrides and check approvals for team
- Manage the branch's cash and negotiable items
- Perform duties of a Service Representative
- Participate in training and development
- Conduct training programs on product knowledge, sales and service techniques, and security procedures
- Train and develop subordinates
- Maintain and develop personal skills
- On a voluntary basis, participate in community activities
- Perform administrative duties
- Review and approve attendance reports and timecards
- Prepare memos and correspondence
- Complete and transmit timely sales referral and tracking reports
- Act in a supervisory capacity
- Establish schedules and develop work assignments
- Conduct monthly and annual staff performance reviews
- Coach and counsel subordinates
- Implement emergency procedures
- Other duties, as assigned
