Job Description
The Relationship Officer I/II is responsible for providing consistently great service to members, offering financial solutions, and educating members on self-service options. The role requires strong customer service and experience skills, as well as knowledge of various computer software programs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One-year related experience in customer service and/or cash handling
- Three years of related experience in customer service and/or cash handling (for Relationship Officer II)
- Banking experience preferred
