Job Description
Safe is seeking a Revenue-driven Sales Manager to lead two business lines focused on self-custodial treasury management. This role is a dedicated entry point within a fast-growing DeFi company, shaping acquisition, expansion, and retention strategies. The position will leverage data-driven insights to improve product and business performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product or revenue analytics within fintech, web3 or digital product companies
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills
- Expertise in experimentation frameworks and statistical testing
- Fluency with defining KPIs, data visualization and dashboarding
- Hands-on familiarity with blockchain analytics platforms (Dune, Etherscan, etc.)
- Experience with Python and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Data-Driven Improver: use data and testing to drive improvements and guide decisions.
