Requirements
- Meet with clients and claims professionals to resolve cases in a cost-effective manner
- Conduct discovery, pre-trials, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Advise claims professionals on the evaluation of legal files
- Provide legal advice to clients and other claims professionals
- Participate in settlements as directed
