Job Description
Support export compliance program by conducting detailed analysis of export transactions, performing regulatory research, and assisting with compliance assessments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience of export control regulations EAR, OFAC, ITAR) and operations
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Business or related field
- Knowledge of international trade documentation, shipping processes, and Incoterms
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Working knowledge of item classification (EAR ECCN, USML Category, HTS, and Schedule B)
- High level of personal integrity, as well as the ability to professionally handle confidential matters, and show an appropriate level of judgment and maturity
- Experience with AES, ACE, SNAP-R and screening tools (e.g. OCR Ease, Visual Compliance).
