This position will set up, maintain, and operate battery assembly processing in space battery assembly, ensuring safe and efficient production procedures. The goal is to achieve daily and monthly production objectives while maintaining health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Technical degree is a plus (Certified in J-STD-001, IPC610 and IPC620)
- Working knowledge of diverse equipment/tooling and measurement tools
- Understanding of production procedures and protocols
- Ability to read and comprehend mechanical assembly drawings, schematics, process specifications
- Analytical and mechanical skills mindset
- Ability to work in dry environment, stand for up to 8 hours, sit for up to 8 hours, and lift 50 lbs on a semi frequent basis
- Attention to detail and quality product output
- Teamwork and effective communication skills
- Average or above average computer skills
