Resident Site Director

Saga Education is seeking a Resident Site Director to ensure the effective functioning of math tutoring at the school site. The Resident Site Director will supervise and coach a team of Math Tutors, drive student learning, and improve tutorial effectiveness.

• Observe and provide feedback to Math Tutors
• Manage classroom behavior and processes
• Analyze internal assessment data and implement action plans
• Adapt and lead professional development sessions
