The Marketing Data Analyst role is responsible for analyzing marketing data to support data-driven decision-making, measure the impact of marketing activity, uncover trends, and provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in marketing analytics, customer data management, or data-driven marketing roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing external agencies or data vendors end-to-end.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, or R for data analysis.
- Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Eloqua, JIRA, Selligent).
- Strong understanding of customer data acquisition, list building, segmentation, and activation.
- Working knowledge of data privacy and governance frameworks; DPDP experience strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
