Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or relevant discipline with 5 - 6 years of experience in a related field, including at least 2 years in a manager’s role within a SaaS or financial technology company.
- Proven ability to achieve goals through the work of others, with management responsibilities including performance appraisals, pay reviews, training, and development.
- Strong operational or strategic management skills, with a focus on managing others and applying operational or strategic management skills to achieve departmental objectives.
