Job Description
SageSure is seeking an Actuarial Analyst who will be a member of the Actuarial Student Program (ASP). The role provides an opportunity to take on a role in an entrepreneurial culture and gain a broad perspective across the insurance business. The Actuarial Analyst will assist in providing technical and analytical assessments of complex business issues related to the development of new property products and maintenance of existing ones.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science or STEM-related field
- 0-3 years of experience in an actuarial role
- Passage of one or more actuarial exams with the goal of attaining ACAS/FCAS
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and reasoning skills
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical resources
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong technical skills with understanding of Python, R, or SQL
