Product & Coverage Manager – P&C Optional Lines

SageSure is seeking a Product & Coverage Manager – P&C Optional Lines to shape the vision for their specialized optional coverages. This role involves modernizing existing products, driving sales performance, improving efficiency, and optimizing carrier and reinsurance partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a strong strategic thinker with expertise in product management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, P&C insurance, underwriting, sales or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, P&L and post-launch product performance.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
