Requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand organizational needs and provide comprehensive data solutions
- Lead a team of analytical engineers to complete projects within stipulated timelines
- Mentor team members in best practices for generating curated datasets and streamlining data pipelines
- Promote data-driven culture and awareness throughout the organization
- Design and oversee the ETL workflow processes, transitioning base-layer data into curated datasets
- Transform lake house data into consumable datasets within Athena and Redshift platforms
- Write reusable code and modules for executing data transformation logic
- Formulate QA strategies to ensure the datasets produced serve as reliable sources of truth
