Engineering Manager

SailPoint is the leader in identity security for the cloud enterprise. We are ramping up a new initiative to build a platform service that will allow our applications to define policies, make decisions, and react to changes based on a combination of historical and near real-time data in our Identity Graph. The Engineering Manager will lead a new, UK-based, remote engineering team, helping design and build capabilities for the Atlas platform.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar
• 8+ years experience in engineering
• Results focused with a track record of success working in an Agile environment
• Experience building and managing a team of Software Engineers
• Good understanding of software development in Golang
• An exceptional mentor and leader with a passion for continuous improvement
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Ability to pick up new technologies quickly
• Pro-active, flexible and a people person
