Practice Manager - Cape Physician Associates

Provides clerical, administrative, fiscal and marketing support to physician practice activities. Supervises staff and physicians, and interacts with patients and other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Healthcare Administration or related field
• 2 years managerial experience or high school graduate/equivalent and minimum of 5 years in a similarly situated practice
• BLS Certification
• Three to five years management experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills and exceptional team dynamic skills
• Excellent organizational skills with intensely accurate follow through
• Working knowledge of full range of physician practice financial and clinical operations
