Requirements
- Proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing systems, solving problems, and leading complex projects from concept to completion
- Experience coordinating operations, facilities, or administrative systems in a mission-driven or service-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High technical fluency and curiosity, with the ability to identify, design, and implement technology or software-based solutions
- Comfort with data tracking, reporting, and process documentation
- Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced organization
