Operations Manager

Saint John's Program for Real Change is seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate and optimize operational systems, improving efficiency and organizational stability. The successful candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills, able to lead complex projects and collaborate across teams.

Requirements

• Proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing systems, solving problems, and leading complex projects from concept to completion
• Experience coordinating operations, facilities, or administrative systems in a mission-driven or service-oriented environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High technical fluency and curiosity, with the ability to identify, design, and implement technology or software-based solutions
• Comfort with data tracking, reporting, and process documentation
• Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced organization
