Assistant Coach - Swimming

Saint Louis University is seeking an Assistant Coach - Swimming to assist with the management of a competitive NCAA Division I athletic program. The successful candidate will assist with conditioning, practices, recruiting, travel arrangements, and student managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Two (2) years of playing/coaching experience on the high school, collegiate, or professional level
• Knowledge of a specific sport's concepts/strategies and NCAA rules and regulations
• Knowledge of physical conditioning techniques and weight training
• Knowledge of basic statistics
• Recruiting skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Interpersonal/human relations skills
• Organizational/planning skills
• Leadership and motivational skills
• Ability to assess athletic talent
• Ability to serve as a positive role model
