Enrollment Counselor

We are seeking an Enrollment Counselor to promote and recruit online undergraduate students for Saint Mary's University of Minnesota's Online Undergraduate programs. The position is responsible for managing the recruitment process from initial inquiry through registration, providing student-centered outreach, and building relationships with prospective students and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Provide proactive, student-centered outreach to prospective online undergraduate students
• Guide prospective students through the application and admission process
• Counsel students on academic programs, admission requirements, transfer credit, and degree options
• Actively manage the enrollment funnel
• Create and deliver recruitment communications and content
• Plan, schedule, and conduct regular recruiting visits to community and technical colleges
