Program Coordinator

Saint Mary's University of Minnesota seeks a Program Coordinator to provide administrative support to program directors, faculty, and students in the Graduate School of Education. The successful candidate will provide academic program assistance, administrative support, front-line customer service, and event coordination in support of a centralized student experience across all programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; commensurate professional experience may be substituted.
• Experience in office, administrative, or customer service positions preferred, but not required.
• Self-direction and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Organized, detailed, process orientation.
• Team orientation/collaboration, both as leader and follower.
• Effective time management.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with various individuals.
• Technology literacy in the use of databases, online learning platforms, email, shared files.
• Learning agility/resourcefulness to find information/solve problems.
• Effective writing skills
