SALAFIN is hiring a Client Relationship Manager in Casablanca to manage client requests, resolve problems, and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Welcome, inform and accompany clients through various communication channels (phone, email, social networks...).
• Identify client needs and propose complementary solutions or services to enhance the customer experience.
• Process ALO Salaf credit requests.
• Handle follow-ups.
• Arrange meetings for colleagues in the group.
• Proactively monitor client files to ensure good resolution and optimal service quality.
