Job Description
Salem Media’s fast-growing Salem News Channel—featuring America’s top conservative voices and straight news—seeks a versatile Video and Radio Producer. The ideal candidate will live for news, thrive in the control room, and can direct, run prompter, guide talent, book guests, and coordinate a live show.
Requirements
- Background in video production and radio production
- Experience working with talent, booking guests
- Sharp news judgment
- Careful attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Familiarity with social media landscape and posting best practices
- Works well in a team environment, as well as independently
- Ability to take and apply feedback
- Aptitude for making production based direction calls when needed
