We are seeking an experienced IT Director to oversee all IT functions and lead the IT team. This role involves creating and implementing IT policies and systems aligned with corporate objectives, fostering relationships across departments, and developing innovative solutions to seize business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of recent experience directly managing and supporting individual Technical Program Managers in a cloud, modern IT organization
- Minimum 15 years of hands-on technical project / program management experience within a Business Systems or SaaS environment implementing systems, software and integrations solutions
- Strong business acumen and familiarity with a broad range of business processes, and has worked directly with Business System Analysts, Business Engagement Leads and Business Process Owners
- Conversant with regulatory compliance requirements, such as SOC and GDPR
