As a RoofLink Sales Development Representative, you will fuel pipeline growth through prospecting leads and qualifying opportunities. You’ll conduct multi-channel outreach, (calls, texts, emails) to generate and qualify opportunities with decision makers in our ideal customer profile (residential roofing companies).
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales development, telemarketing, or lead generation (SaaS experience strongly preferred)
- Proficiency or prior experience with Salesforce and Outreach (preferred)
- Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and genuine passion for sales
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience tracking metrics and identifying areas for improvement
- Experience with roofing or construction (preferred)
- Flexible: Changing direction and multi tasking comes easy to you
- People Oriented: You have a positive attitude & love helping others
- Team Player: Willing to get your hands dirty and make things better
