Quality Engineering Lead

Salla is seeking a Quality Engineering Lead to educate, mentor, and support teams in adopting effective quality practices and testing strategies. The role focuses on driving a quality-first mindset, aligning testing with business goals and SDLC, and ensuring consistent quality across the organization. The ideal candidate will be experienced in leading QA teams, fostering a strong quality culture, and identifying areas for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and quality assurance methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and collaboration skills.
• Hands-on experience with QA tools and test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Postman, Xray).
• Proficiency in continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes and tools.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience in defining and tracking QA KPIs and using reporting tools to measure quality performance.
