Sally Beauty is seeking an Assistant Manager to provide excellent customer experiences, oversee store operations, and maintain brand standards. The role involves hiring, developing, and leading store associates, along with responsible for all primary duties (training, inventory, financial targets, etc.).
Requirements
- Must 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
- Ability to lead or support a team of associates
- Scheduling availability
- Competence in effective communication
- Scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business
- Cosmetology license desirable
