We are looking for a Personnel Officer to manage and execute personnel administration activities in the Chamiza, Puerto Montt plant.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in industrial or aquaculture companies.
- Labor law.
- Remuneration systems.
- ERP management (basic level).
- Excel (medium level), Office (basic level).
