Internal Communications Manager

Salsify is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to develop global communication strategies and deliverables that align with the company's vision, mission, and strategic priorities. The role will ensure that company priorities and operational excellence efforts are clearly understood, consistent, and effectively communicated across the business.

Requirements

• Develop, evolve, and implement a global internal communications strategy
• Proactively identify internal communications opportunities and build communication roadmaps
• Establish a regular company-wide communication cadence for the Executive Leadership Team
• Partner with CPO & CEO to craft ad-hoc announcements affecting Salsify
• Ensure internal communications messages are consistent and aligned with external messages
• Develop systems and approaches to measure the performance of communications programs
