Senior Software Engineer - Ember

Join Salsify, a key leader in the industry, and scale the next core commerce infrastructure. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll design, develop, and launch features that shape how customers experience the Salsify platform. You'll work cross-functionally with product, UX, and fellow engineers to build intuitive, performant web interfaces.

Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend development experience in a professional software engineering environment
• Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Ember, Vue, etc.)
• A strong understanding of SPA architectures, component design, state management, and performance optimization
• Experience integrating with GraphQL or REST APIs to build dynamic, data-rich interfaces
• A sharp eye for UX and detail, with experience translating complex product requirements into intuitive interfaces
• A collaborative mindset and a strong desire to work closely with peers across disciplines to deliver excellent user experiences
• Familiarity with testing strategies, CI/CD, and modern frontend build systems
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of technical leadership through mentoring, system design, or thought leadership
