Life is Better at the Ballpark! We're glad you're interested in working for the Salt Lake Bees! The Fan Experience Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Ticketing & Premium and Membership staff by leading out on in-game fan experiences at the Ballpark at America First Square.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- 1 or more year of sales or operational experience
- Ability to work the majority of home games (75) and work irregular hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to empathize with, and respond effectively to, guests' needs
- Ability to pay close attention to details
- Ability to solve problems with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and retention
- Proficiency using Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-starter with a professional demeanor for external representation
- Familiarity with the sports + entertainment industry
- Punctual, groomed and dressed for a professional environment
- Must be able work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening
- Must be able to communicate in English
