Afterschool Youth Leader

Youth Leaders will work directly with youth from diverse backgrounds in a school setting to provide a safe and healthy environment, leading groups of up to 15 youth and planning daily activities based on school day support and enrichment focus areas. The position involves mentoring, lesson planning, and providing academic and personal support to youth.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Desire to work with youth in a structured setting
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Strong communication skills
• Driven to set and achieve goals and see opportunities for improvement
