Job Description
Salt Security is a rapidly growing cybersecurity company specializing in API security, protecting interfaces behind modern applications. They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to own new business and expand existing accounts within the Midwest and surrounding states, focusing on cloud-native environments and strategic partnerships. The role requires strong sales skills, leadership experience, and a portfolio built on security validation and cloud adoption.
Requirements
- Proven success selling enterprise cybersecurity/SaaS into large accounts (Fortune/Global 2000 preferred).
- Track record closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders and security validation.
- Strong familiarity with cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), API security, and adjacent platforms (WAF, CNAPP, EDR/XDR, SIEM).
- Comfort executing MEDDIC, SPICED, or similar methodology.
- Executive presence and excellent communication skills.
- High ownership mindset and disciplined deal execution.
- Salesforce proficiency.
