Requirements

• Operational Leadership: 3+ years of experience in operations, retail, or logistics
• Team Leadership: 3+ years of leading teams in physical environments
• Customer-Focused Communication: Skilled at building relationships through clear communication
• Strategic Problem-Solving: Resolving conflicts and identifying solutions to improve operations
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities and multitasking
• Hands-On Leadership: Leading by example and motivating team with enthusiasm and engagement
