Job Description
Join the largest delivery-first restaurant group in the United States as a Director of Kitchen Excellence. This role involves architecting systems, standards, and processes to ensure kitchen consistency, efficiency, and quality at scale.
Requirements
- Develop, test, and implement standardized kitchen procedures
- Translate chef-driven recipes into scalable, operationally efficient processes
- Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations to refine kitchen design, equipment strategy, and food preparation methods
- Analyze performance data, identify opportunities, pilot improvements, and iterate to optimize throughput, yield, and quality
- Ensure new initiatives are operationally feasible, well-tested, and rolled out with the right training, assets, and on-the-ground support
- Partner with CX and Operations teams to ensure health and safety compliance
- Build lightweight yet effective operational audits and drive continuous improvement using lean methodologies
