Job Description
Sama is seeking a highly skilled Quality Analyst Project Coordinator to support the development of advanced AI tools. The role involves reviewing and auditing labeled datasets, contributing to continuous improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position emphasizes accuracy, consistency, and adherence to guidelines for Japanese text annotation, and includes a focus on aligning QA standards within a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Requirements
- English as a second language (B2 level) required.
- C2 level of Japanese proficiency.
- Ability to follow linguistic and situational writing prompts.
- 2 years working experience in a corporate/business environment.
- Excellent written communication and coordination skills.
