Job Description
Maintenance Worker responsible for daily maintenance, repairs, cleanliness, and physical plant upkeep in accordance with local and governing agency codes. Provides a safe, secure, and clean environment for clients and staff.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- General knowledge of building repair and maintenance
- At least 2-3 years of experience in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, door/lock installation & replacement, and HVAC
- Ability to use common tools, materials, and equipment
- Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to respond to all facility-related emergencies
