Job Description
This full-time Maintenance Worker position is located in Brooklyn, NY, offering weekly, 1pm-9pm hours. The role involves daily maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of physical plants, ensuring a safe and secure environment. This position is part of a nationally recognized Health and Human Services agency serving over 33,000 New Yorkers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- General knowledge of building repair and maintenance (electrical, HVAC, fire safety)
- Skilled trades experience (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, masonry, HVAC, or tile repair) - 2-3 years preferred
- Compliance with 42 CFR confidentiality and HIPAA privacy and security regulations
