Job Description
Samaritan Daytop Village is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care to a diverse population in a residential treatment setting. The RN will assess client health, perform medical procedures, and collaborate with medical and nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care. Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- NYS RN licensure
- BLS certification
- 1-3 years of experience as an RN, preferably in substance use or mental health
- Computer literacy, proficiency in MS Office and EHR
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Team player
- Experience working with diverse populations
