Job Description

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Minimum of one to three (1-3) years of demonstrated clinical experience in substance use or mental health treatment or shelter
- NYS LMSW/LCSW licensure preferred
- In-depth knowledge of NYC's diverse network of medical and behavioral health care organizations
- Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR
- Experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds
