Commercial Lead, Artificial Lift

Samotics is seeking a Commercial Lead to drive business development in the Artificial Lift market, identifying commercial opportunities and leading customer conversations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Artificial Lift
• Solid understanding of ESP failure modes
• Experience with condition monitoring, production optimisation, and/or reliability engineering
• Strong commercial instinct
• Ability to translate technical detail into business value for different stakeholders
• Willingness to travel 30–50%
• BSc/MSc in Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, or Control Engineering, or equivalent experience
