Samsara is seeking a Principal Business Systems Analyst to join their Core IT team. The role will be responsible for owning the technology and processes that enable Samsara's teams to do their best work. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in an IT project management capacity, excellent JIRA skills, and experience managing Scrums in an IT environment.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in an IT project management capacity
- Excellent JIRA skills & experience with JIRA configuration
- Experience managing Scrums, especially in the IT environment, and Agile and Kanban methodologies
- Must reside in Canada
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with an ability to build relationships and work across multi-functional organizations
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects end-to-end
- Strong data management and analysis skills (including Google sheets / Excel, Splunk, etc)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to prioritize; an independent and flexible problem solver who can adapt in a dynamic environment
- Experience with corporate security and compliance programs (operating internal controls, preparing evidence for audits, and ensuring proper data handling by responding to requests under GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy regulations)
