Senior Data Engineer

Samsara is seeking a Data Engineer to join their growing team, focused on integrating data and enabling insights for their globally operating customers. The role involves developing and maintaining data pipelines, managing data infrastructure, and advocating for a customer-centric approach to data-driven decision making. Requirements

• Develop and maintain E2E data pipelines, backend ingestion, and participate in data platform building
• Work with diverse data sources (CRM, Product, Marketing, Order Flow)
• Manage critical data pipelines for growth initiatives and analytics
• Lead end-to-end projects, including stakeholder engagement and technical guidance
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical assistance
• Write data transformations in SQL/Python to create data products
• Promote Samsara's values (Customer Success, Long-Term Focus, Growth Mindset, Teamwork)
