Senior Software Engineer - Connectivity

Samsara is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Vehicle Connectivity team in the Vehicle Gateway (VG). This full-stack role involves designing, building, and delivering end-to-end products and features for connected vehicle features, supporting millions of IoT devices and missions-critical fleet operations. The role focuses on a real-world impact, including ensuring secure connectivity and customer success with a remote location in the United States and Canada.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience
• Professional experience working with a team to develop real world customer facing products and features
• Strong programming/coding fundamentals in a modern language such as Golang, React-native, Swift, Kotlin, or Python
• Experience designing, building and maintaining user facing production systems
• An ability to estimate, communicate, and deliver upon project milestones with your team
