Technical Account Manager

Samsara is seeking a Technical Account Manager to drive customer value and promote the adoption of their Connected Operations platform. This remote role involves managing customer relationships, mitigating technical risks, and ensuring customers achieve their business goals through tailored technical solutions. The TAM acts as a trusted technical advisor and will collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to advance customer needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in a technical, customer-facing role
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Exceptional technical literacy
• Strong communication skills (English and Spanish)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
