Job Description
As a CNC Technician at Samtec, Inc., operate 5-axis/6-axis CNC machine centers, read blueprints, and interpret drawing files. The job requires experience in sharpening cutting tools and familiarity with Microsoft Office software. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are necessary.
Requirements
- Experience in completing 5-6 axis machine tools independently for over 3-5 years
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret drawing files
- Possess experience in sharpening various types of cutting tools (over 3 years of experience)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (WORD and EXCEL) for data entry
- Proficiency in measuring tools, including micrometers, vernier calipers, dial indicators, and 2.5D measuring instruments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient in FANUC interface
