Job Description
This position is for a Help-Desk Technician/IT Hardware Technician at Samtec, Inc. The role involves resolving issues with the network and hardware, providing technical support to the MIS Hardware Engineer, and maintaining the plant's IT assets. The ideal candidate will be proactive, troubleshoot effectively, and maintain a high level of service.
Requirements
- Effectively solve all issues
- Maintain the network, hardware and software facility
- Troubleshooting of the Huizhou factory network
- Email setting, SGN, PMCA system, Phone maintenance
- Debug network of the Huizhou plant
- Configured and installed laptops and PCs
- Solving printer problems for the Huizhou plant
- Managing and handling the entire IT assets
- IT asset inventory management
- IT peripheral product distribution and effective inventory management
