Job Description
Samtec is seeking a New Product Development Leader / Product Development Manager to lead the end-to-end development process for optoelectronic assemblies, collaborating with marketing, engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and quality teams. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in new product development, strong leadership skills, and expertise in optoelectronics. The role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, communication, and leadership skills to inspire teams and influence stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in new product development
- Strong leader of people, technology, and product development
- Proven expertise in optoelectronics, including knowledge of optical systems, optical transceivers, semiconductor devices, or related assemblies
