Job Description
Samtec, Inc. is seeking a Plating Process Development Engineer to research, develop, and integrate new plating/coating technologies into production processes. This role involves collaborating with various teams, including Material Innovation and Plating Process Engineering, to optimize plating quality and expand material capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong teamwork and communication skills.
Requirements
- Scanning electron microscope, x-ray diffraction, elemental and chemical spectroscopic experience
- Must be willing to work in a chemical environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Understanding of Japanese culture
